Olyssia works with local courier services, so products can be delivered directly to your home or to your local post office.
Your payment is charged at the time of placing your order, and all payments must be verified and authorized before delivery. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or orders that require further verification may be delayed and/or canceled.
Delivery
We begin processing your order immediately. Therefore, we cannot make any changes (including address changes) once your order has been placed. We only deliver to the address provided at checkout. You will only pay for the products delivered plus applicable shipping costs and taxes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
Deliveries are made on business days only, not on Saturdays or public holidays.
Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days, but some products may take longer to process, especially during holidays or if your order contains popular products with limited availability. Orders are shipped as soon as stock is confirmed.
If an order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and received on different days due to differences in the location of our production partners.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you can expect your order to be shipped within 1–2 days. On average, delivery takes 6–9 days.
Please note: The times mentioned above are estimates in business days. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Olyssia is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or customs procedures, holidays, extreme weather, labor disputes, demonstrations, etc. Such disruptions may result in longer delays than the original estimated delivery time.
What if the Estimated Delivery Time Has Passed?
In 99% of cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, sometimes delays may occur during the shipping process. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number sent via email.
