When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to cancel the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period starts the day after the consumer, or a representative designated in advance by the consumer, receives the product from the entrepreneur.

During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine whether the consumer wishes to keep it. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the product with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, following the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.

If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must notify the entrepreneur within 14 days of receiving the product. The consumer must provide this notification in writing or by email. After notifying the entrepreneur of their intention to use the right of withdrawal, the consumer must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must provide proof that the delivered product was returned on time, for example, via a shipping receipt with a tracking number.

You received the wrong product

You received a damaged/defective product

Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged product is accidentally sent. In this case, you do not need to return the product. You may keep or dispose of it. You only need to send us an email (info@myolyssia.com) with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product. If the photo clearly shows that the product is damaged, we will send you a new product as soon as possible, completely free of charge. If you meet the criteria mentioned, you can send an email to info@myolyssia.com.
